Shipping Policy

All shipping is shipped FOB Origin. If shipping into Canada, the customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Return Policy
Returned items are assessed a 10% restocking fee. An additional fee may be charged, if the original packaging is damaged or unusable due to stickers or other markings. 

Defective products will be replaced at no charge to the customer, UPS Ground freight paid by MIDLITE to one destination. Product retained longer than six months shall not be accepted. Return transactions must occur the first 2 weeks of each quarter. 
 

Unauthorized Online Sales
Amazon and its sellers are not authorized to sell MIDLITE products. All product warranties are considered void if purchased through Amazon or other non-authorized third party online retailers.

Midlite does not authorize the sale of their products on any eCommerce sites (such as e-bay, amazon, or any other site unless prior authorization).
